SYNTHIC

Integrations

Connects to what you already run.

Every connection on this page is wired in the product today. Optional data sources are marked as such — without them the relevant page shows an honest empty state, never an estimate.

Every connection

Sixteen connections, by what they do.

Engines answer, sources add the non-engine numbers, delivery gets alerts to people, exports get evidence out.

Answer engines

Five engines, each through its vendor's official API.

Server keys, or bring your own per workspace. Perplexity's native citations are stored with every answer; the free plan runs on Gemini.

Platform

Bring your own keys

Run audits on your own engine accounts. Keys are encrypted at rest and never leave the server.

Delivery

Slack & email

  • Slack — Alerts and scheduled report digests delivered to a channel.

Crawl & keyword providers

  • Firecrawl — Clean, JavaScript-rendered page content for ground truth and optimisation. Falls back to a direct fetch when absent.
  • DataForSEO — Keyword volume, difficulty, organic rank and backlinks. Synthic never estimates these; without a provider the page says so.
  • SerpApi — Live search results used to mine the real questions people ask around a topic.

Operator keys in the server environment. Without one, the page says so.

Exports & sharing

Evidence out, in the shape the room needs.

CSV export

Every audit row for a brand, with the evidence columns, as a file.

One click on the Reports page.

Shareable reports

A read-only, tokenised report link for clients and executives — white-labelled on the Agency plan.

Generated per report from the Reports page.

Platform

Stripe

Self-serve plans, upgrades and the customer portal. Promotion codes accepted at checkout.

On the roadmap

In developmentNot available yet

A public API, so audits run from your own stack.

REST endpoints with Python and JavaScript SDKs, verbatim answers in every response, scheduled and on-demand runs, webhooks. Everything Synthic does today runs in the app — this is where it's heading.

Planned
curl https://api.usesynthic.com/v1/audit \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SYNTHIC_KEY" \
  -d '{
    "domain": "yourbrand.com",
    "engines": ["openai","anthropic","perplexity"]
  }'

# → visibility_score, per-engine mentions, verbatim answers
